Special attention has been made to the distance between homes and setbacks from the street to create a peaceful and private environment. Streets are designed to limit traffic speed and therefore traffic noise. Adequate street parking and turning space are incorporated into the design.

Buying Your Home For Life
Most of us don’t regularly buy a new home, so we understand that the process of home-buying is exciting although it can seem a little confusing at times.
We are here to help you and can provide advice from selecting your ideal Plot within the Project, guiding you through the reservation and sales agreements to recommending a suitable selection of banks to discuss mortgage arrangements. Once your home is complete and the legal and ownership transfers have been finished, the keys are yours and you can move in.
